The CDMP Lunch and Learn Study Group is about absorbing information and fostering meaningful connections with fellow data enthusiasts. In this study group we will engage in lively discussions, gain practical insights, and access valuable resources to support your certification journey. The collaborative format allows participants to navigate the CDMP curriculum with clarity, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the domains and competencies required for certification success.

Join Mark Horseman, DATAVERSITY’s Data Evangelist, CDMP Master Instructor, and seasoned Data Management Professional on this educational journey, as you collectively advance your proficiency in Data Management and work towards achieving the globally-recognized CDMP certification.

Each session will feature several detailed questions for the group to work through together.  The group will have a brief moment for each attendee to come up with their own answer and optionally share.  Once everyone is ready, the answer will be revealed, we will discuss as a group why that is the answer, and where to look up the answer in the DMBoK.   These sessions promise to be a light, fun, and interactive way to study for the CDMP Data Management Fundamentals exam.

Anyone who is looking to take the CDMP Data Management Fundamentals exam, or anyone who is looking to retake for a renewal or achieve a higher grade for Practitioner and Master levels.  Also, anyone who wants tips and tricks as to how to efficiently look things up in the DMBoK.

Study Group Format

• Cost: Free with Registration
• All seminar material will be made available for registered students to view after the session.
• DATAVERSITY will be integrating two platforms to run the training: The DATAVERSITY Training Center (DVTC) platform and Zoom
• The DVTC Platform is where you will start your training https://training.dataversity.net
  • This will be where you will log in, and then click a “Join Now” button on the day of the live training in your course dashboard.
  • This platform will contain the syllabus for the day, information on navigating through both platforms, enable you to take notes throughout the training, join a forum with your classroom peers to network with each other even after the live online training is over, download materials, and access the recording of the training when it is complete.
• When you click the “Join Now” button in the DVTC Platform, a Zoom window will open.
  • This platform is where you will take the training, view the presentation, and engage in breakout sessions.
